1. What is the Founding Wellness Partner Program?
The founding Wellness Partner (WP) program is a recognition program and a bonus pool. Many benefits and even surprises will be be made available for our Founding Wellness Partners, including a payout each quarter from the founders’ pool (for those who qualify). The minimum payout in 2020 is $500.
2. Who can qualify to be a founder?
Anyone who joins on or before June 30th, 2020, and reaches or exceeds the rank of Platinum Leader within 12 months of their join month, will become a founding WP.
Founders’ Bonus Pool
3. What is the Founders’ Bonus Pool?
½ of 1 percent (0.5%) of the global commissionable volume is used for this quarterly payout.
4. When does the payout occur?
The first payout took place in January 2020. Each quarter is divided thus:
- January – March (payout April),
- April – May (payout June),
- June – August (payout September),
- September – December (payout January).
5. How does one qualify for the Founders’ Bonus Pool?
A WP must be paid as at least a Platinum Leader (PL) one time during the quarter in order to qualify for the Founders’ Bonus Pool.
6. Can someone be disqualified from the Founders’ Bonus Pool?
Yes. A Wellness Partner must achieve Paid as rank of Platinum Leader or above for at least 1 one month in the quarter to be eligible for the quarterly payout. The $500 per quarter is a promotion to provide a healthy payout to active Founding Wellness Partners during the first year. This $500 per quarter promotion will convert to the intended percentage payout on January 1st, 2021.
Redemption
If for any reason you fall out of the founder’s pool you may re-enter by achieving Platinum Leader for two consecutive months. Reactivation will occur upon the second consecutive month and that will be the month that qualifies for compensation in the quarter which the second-month qualification occurred.
7. How is the Founders’ Bonus Pool divided for those who qualify?
Those who are paid as WP are awarded shares for each month during the quarter:
- PL will get 10 shares.
- SL 1 (Servant Leader 1) gets 20 shares.
- SL 2 gets 30.
- SL 3 gets 40.
- SL 4 or higher gets 50 shares.
See Founder program page for a diagram of this payout. The total amount will be divided by total shares to determine the share price. Then, we will distribute the payout based on an individual’s shares.
Example: Bob become a P.L. (10 shares) in January, dropped to Gold Leader (0 shares) in February, but in March became a SL 1 (20 shares)
10 + 20 = 30
Bob would earn 30 shares total for the quarter.
8. How much is each share worth?
It can vary by the total commissionable volume and the number of people qualified. The minimum payout is guaranteed at $500 per quarter through 2020. As the company sales grow and people are no longer able to enter the Founders’ Bonus Pool, the bonus has the potential to grow exponentially.
9. Do I need to rank advance to PL or above in the month I join to qualify?
No. You have one year from the enrollment month you joined HSG to qualify. If you joined on or before August 31, 2019, you have until August 31, 2020, to become a founding wellness partner.
